Começo por pedir desculpa pelo meu desaparecimento aqui pelo blog nos últimos meses, mas apesar de ainda não ter muito tempo disponível por causa da escola, estava com imensas saudades da Mourissima e agora voltei para ficar!

Com o Verão quase a chegar toda a gente quer ver-se livres dos pêlos, e de todos os métodos disponíveis no mercado não há melhor e mais eficaz do que a depilação a laser. Neste post vou falar-vos à cerca deste tipo de depilação e contar-vos a minha experiência.
Apesar de nunca ter tido muitos pêlos, já estava interessada em fazer depilação a laser, que é definitiva, à algum tempo. Então em Dezembro surgiu a oportunidade de fazer com a Depilclub, que tem uns descontos para jovens fantásticos e pela experiência da minha mãe era eficaz em poucas sessões, por isso decidi aproveitar.

As sessões são mesais e segundo a minha experiência logo após a 1ª sessão já há resultados bem visíveis. Os pêlos começaram a nascer mais fracos e em menor quantidade, e a melhor parte é que passado 2 semanas de cada sessão os pêlos que foram crescendo caiem por si.
Quanto à dor sentida depende da zona e vai diminuindo de sessão para sessão, mas mesmo nas zonas mais criticas, virilhas e axilas, a dor é rápida e tolerável e bem menor do que na depilação a cera. Na zona das penas nem senti dor nenhuma, o que é ótimo.

Como funciona cada sessão / How does each session

Todas as sessões funcionam da mesma maneira, a especialista começa por usar uma gilette para cortar os pêlos. De seguida coloca o gel refrigerante, igual ao usado nas ecografias, para a pele não aquecer demais naquela zona e passa com o laser várias vezes, primeiro com uma intensidade maior, que se sente mais e depois com uma intensidade menor. Concluída essa zona, é aplicado um creme hidratante para que a pele não fique seca nem sensível.
O atendimento é ótimo, a especialista ,que é a mesma em todas as sessões, é muito simpática e deixar-nos muito à vontade, sem vergonhas nem medos. Vai explicando como funcionam as coisas e responde a todas as dúvidas.

Quanto a resultados, com apenas 5 sessões já se nota imenso a diferença, não tenho quase pêlos nenhuns nas axilas e virilhas. Na zona das pernas demora mais um pouco mas com as 3 sessões que fiz já diminuiram bastante. A média de sessões necessárias são de 5-8, porém os resultados podem variar de pessoa para pessoa
Estou muito satisfeita com este tipo de depilação e com a empresa que escolhi, e recomendo a todas e todos que estejam interessados neste tipo de serviço irem à Depilclub.
Mesmo sendo caro, na minha opinião compensa, porque é um investimento que trás resultado a longo prazo, e fazer depilação passa a ser um problema resolvido.

Ainda pouco conhecido, este novo modelo da Nike - Nike Cortez - dará que falar nesta próxima estação.
Desde 2014 que os ténis da Adidas - Stan Smith - têm assumido o papel de "it sneakers" no mercado, portanto já estava na hora de mudar esta tendência que foi visto por todo o lado.
Este novo modelo da Nike pode parecer uma novidade, mas na verdade este modelo já foi bastante usado nos anos 90, podendo ser chamado "old school sneaker", o que o torna um clássico.
Também na onda minimalista, estes ténis são muito versáteis e estarão disponíveis em imensas cores em breve, pois ainda não se encontram à venda.
Temos de admitir que a Nike esmerou-se ao trazer de volta um modelo que resulta e que vai apaixonar as pessoas de novo por este clássico.
Na minha opinião ainda não estou 100% convencida desta nova moda, mas estou com vontade de  ir experimentar e tirar conclusões só depois.
Em termos de versatilidade penso que conseguem ser conjugadas com looks mais desportivos mas também com roupa de dia-a-dia e até formal dependendo das cores dos ténis.

Já à muito tempo que não escrevia aqui acerca de manicure, e a verdade é que me passava um bocado ao lado até à uns tempos atrás. É um verniz de cor transparente que aplicado sobre um verniz normal torna-o matte de imediato, ou seja, sem brilho. É super simples de aplicar e seca muito rápido.
Acho que este efeito faz toda a diferença perante os vernizes com tom brilhante que normalmente se encontra no mercado, e é ideal para os dias de Inverno na minha opinião. Fica-se com uma cor que mais ninguém tem e sempre que uso recebo elogios às unhas portanto recomendo imenso.
Aqui fica a diferença entre o verniz normal e verniz com top coat, espero que gostem.
