Sempre sonhei em ter uma câmara do estilo Polaroid, que revelam as fotos no momento. A minha irmã já teve uma quando éramos mais pequenas e divertíamos-nos imenso a tirar fotos instantâneas.
Então, quando encontrei esta câmara a um preço mais baixo do que se vende em Portugal decidi aproveitar.
Está disponível em 5 cores clarinhas: branco, azul, rosa, amarelo e preto. E de entre estas optei pelo azul bebé.

I always dreamed of having a Polaroid camera style, which reveals the photos at the moment. My sister already had one when we were smaller and we had a lot of fun taking photos with it.
So when I found this camera at a lower price than it sells in Portugal I decided to take advantage.
It is available in 5 light colors: white, blue, pink, yellow and black. And among these I opted for the baby blue.

É de fácil utilização, tanto para colocar os filmes como para fotografar. Para todas as vezes que fotografar o flash dispara automaticamente logo vai destacar o que estiver em primeiro plano.
A foto sai pela abertura superior e demora cerca de 3 minutos para ficar totalmente visível com as cores reais.
A qualidade da foto final vai depender da quantidade de iluminação e da temperatura do ambiente. Para conseguir uma foto perfeita ou boa é preciso tirar muitas antes e testar em diferentes sítios para nos adaptar-mos ao flash.

It is easy to use, both to put films such as to shoot. For every time you shoot the flash fires automatically, so it will highlight what is in the foreground.
The photo comes out through the top opening and takes about 3 minutes to be fully visible with the actual colors.

Apesar do preço dos filmes ser bastante alto fiquei muito contente com esta compra, adoro ver a foto a ser impressa instantaneamente.
A foto tem ainda uma margem branca que permite escrever notas, datas, nomes, qualquer coisas para um dia mais tarde recordar. Acho esta parte adicional bastante útil e torna a foto ainda mais pessoal.

Despite the price of the films be quite high I am very happy with this purchase, I love to see the picture to be printed instantly.
The picture still has a white border that allows you to write notes, dates, names, any things for a later day recall. I find this additional part very useful and it makes the picture even more personal.

As minhas sugestões começam com uma máscara com um estampado floral da Zara Home que eu achei super linda, o padrão é muito primaveril e é uma coisa que a vossa mãe ia usar todas as noites.
De seguida fui espreitar as sugestões da Lush e encontrei o pacote MUM que, apesar de ser mais caro, inclui 6 produtos de entre loções de banho, condicionador, gel e muito mais. Uma verdadeira delícia para mimar a mãe.
Todas as mulheres adoram perfumes, e este, em especial, é sempre muito elogiado. Com uma fragrância jovem que é impossível não gostar, o Light Blue de Dolce & Gabbana é uma óptima escolha.
Por último, e porque todas as mulheres gostam de ter plantas em casa, sugiro um conjunto de 3 Catos do IKEA. Os cactos não precisam de muitos cuidados e servem de decoração. Eu, particularmente adorei este conjunto de 3 unidades.

My suggestions begin with a mask with a floral print of Zara Home that I found super beautiful, the pattern is very springtime and it's something that your mother would use every night.
Then I was peeking suggestions of Lush and I found the MUM package that, although it is more expensive, includes 6 products from bath lotions, conditioner, gel and more. A real treat to pamper the mother.
All women love perfumes, and this in particular is always highly praised. With a young fragrance that is impossible not to like, the Light Blue by Dolce & Gabbana is a great choice.
Finally, and because all women like to have plants at home, I suggest a set of 3 Catus from IKEA. The cactus do not need a lot of care and serve as decoration. I particularly loved this set of 3 units.

Tendencia dos Baloes dourados e prateados

Como devem ter reparado, nalgumas redes sociais, agora muita gente tem aderido a esta tendência dos grandes balões de hélio em formas de números e letras.

Faltam apenas 2/3 meses para o maior calor chegar e as idas à praia começarem. Como não pode deixar de ser, todas queremos estar em boa forma, por isso temos de começar já a praticar algum desporto ou fazer algum tipo de exercício.
Como a maior parte das pessoas não tem tempo ou disposição para ir a um ginásio, muito menos para ter aulas regulares num desporto qualquer, a melhor solução será fazer exercício em casa.
A minha proposta é que te desafies a cumprir alguma das sugestões que vou propor durante pelo menos 1 mês. Pode parecer difícil nos primeiros dias mas vais ver que depois se torna cada vez mais simples e os resultados também te vão agradar.
No principio de Fevereiro propus esta app dos 7 minutos, que adoro e que ajuda imenso, mas desta vez venho mostrar-vos algo diferente.

Sabem aqueles dias em que nos sentimos exaustas porque as aulas ou o trabalho foram muito cansativas? Para mim esse dia foi hoje. Muitas horas de sono acumuladas e ter de estudar dá nisto.
Mas não há melhor maneira de relaxar do que um bom banho de espuma, não concordam?
Eu sei que é mau para o ambiente tomar destes banhos mas uma vez por outra penso que não fará mal nenhum.
Há umas semanas, na época de Páscoa, fui à Lush e como não é uma loja muito próxima de onde moro aproveitei para trazer um miminho para mim, que experimentei hoje.
Para quem não sabe a Lush é uma loja de cosméticos naturais, com produtos especialmente para o banho, para qualquer idade e não testados em animais.

Comprei uma bomba de banho chamada "the immaculate eggception" que era uma edição limitada para a época de Páscoa. Este era um ovo gigante de páscoa cor-de-rosa com pintinhas amarelas e azuis de cada lado, por isso só pelo belíssimo exterior já deixa uma pessoa com vontade de experimentar.

I bought a bath bomb called "the immaculate inception" which was a limited edition for the Easter season. This was a giant Easter egg color pink with yellow and blue dots on each side, so only the beautiful outdoor already makes a person wanting to try.





















Lá dentro trás uma surpresa que é uma outra bomba de banho mais pequena em forma de pintainho, também muito querido de cor amarela.
É composto por uma mistura de óleo de toranja para limpar a mente e refrescar o corpo e óleo de limão que é usado pelo seu poder de limpeza e qualidades calmantes. Resulta num cheiro limpo, doce e refrescante que envolve todo o quarto de banho.
Dissolve-se rapidamente na água e deixa o banho com um tom rosado que eu adorei. Para além disso deixa a pele muito macia e cheirosa no final do banho.
No geral achei uma bomba de banho divertida e foi uma ideia muito interessante ter uma bomba dentro de outra. Definitivamente fiquei muito mais relaxada e descansei a mente por um bom bocado.

Hoje vou introduzir mais uma rubrica no blog que se vai chamar "It Girls". Nesta rubrica vou falar sobre raparigas "do momento" que eu também goste e me identifique de alguma maneira. Para já esta rubrica será mensal, mas se vocês gostarem muito então farei mais frequentemente.

E a primeira que vos vou falar é a Kendall Jenner.
Meia-irmã das irmãs Kardashian, Kendall Jenner é famosa tanto pelos seus trabalhos no mundo da moda como por participar no conhecido programa Keeping up with the Kardashian. Para além disso ela tem ainda mostrado um óptimo gosto no que toca aos outfits que nos mostra, tanto para eventos importantes como no dia-a-dia. Looks por vezes simples mas que têm sempre peças de roupa chave que lhe dão um ar diferente e próprio dela.
Tenho de admitir que não gosto muito do estilo de roupa da família Kardashian, mas pelo contrário as irmãs Jenner têm-se tornado das celebridades mais bem vestidas dos últimos tempos, e, até já tem uma marca de roupa própria.
Aqui ficam alguns dos looks que mais gostei de a ver.

I must admit I do not really like the Kardashian family clothing style, but instead the Jenner sisters have become of the best dressed celebrities of recent times, and they already have their own clothing brand.

Book review - Girl Online

Ainda não tinha feito nenhuma resenha de um livro aqui no blog mas nunca é tarde para começar não acham? Posso já dizer-vos que adoro ler e só não o faço mais vezes porque a escola tem-me ocupado muito tempo, porém sempre que tenho algum tempo livre aproveito.
Os estilos que mais aprecio são os romances, ação e aventura. Mas este ano vou tentar "obrigar-me" a ler outros géneros que estão mais fora da minha zona de conforto.

I had not done any review of a book on the blog but it is never too late to start don't you think? I can already tell you that I love reading and I just do not do it more often because the school has me busy a lot of time, but whenever I have some free time I take it to read.
The styles that I most enjoy are the novels, action and adventure. But this year I will try to "force myself" to read other genres that are more out of my comfort zone.


O primeiro livro que vos venho falar é o Girl Online que é o primeiro livro da youtuber Zoe Sugg mais conhecida como Zoella.
Eu era fã desta youtuber e acompanhava os vídeos que ela ia postando, e quando soube que ela ia lançar um livro fiquei muito entusiasmada. Como não queria esperar até ser traduzido para português, que normalmente demora imenso tempo, e me sinto à vontade para ler em inglês quis encomenda-lo pelo Ebay. Mas antes de dar por isso já era Natal e a minha irmã sem eu saber ofereceu-mo.
Eu não quero fazer spoilers do livro porque não quero que o deixem de ler, vou apenas falar um pouco do que mais gostei.

The first book that I come to speak to you is the Girl Online which is the first book of youtuber Zoe Sugg aka Zoella.
I was a fan of this youtuber and I followed the videos that she was posting, and when I knew that she was going to release a book I was very excited. As I do not wanted to wait until translated into Portuguese, which usually takes a long time, and I feel comfortable reading in English I wanted to order it at Ebay. But before realizing it was already Christmas and my sister without my knowing offered it to me. I do not want to spoiler the book because I do not want you to stop reading this book, I'll just talk a little of what I most enjoyed.






















Este livro fala de uma adolescente chamada Penny que vive em Inglaterra, ela tem ataques de pânico devido a um acidente de carro e é muito insegura de si mesma. Como queria ser ela própria cria um blog anónimo chamado Girl Online em que escreve sobre o que a preocupa e como se sente em relação ao que a rodeia.
Partindo daqui acho que esta personagem é fácil para muitas leitoras se identificarem porque conta os problemas que ela tem na escola e o que tem de passar durante a sua adolescência, que são os mesmo em muitos casos.
A história aborda assuntos atuais e importantes da sociedade como sexualidade, saúde mental, cyber bullying, e baixa auto estima dos adolescentes.
Acho que este livro, mesmo que não tenha sido escrito por uma profissional, teve o impacto que pretendia. Tem romance, aventura, alerta dos perigos de publicar na internet e ainda refere as mudanças nas amizade ao longo do tempo.
Portanto apesar de ter partes que não me parecem muito realistas gostei bastante e vou, de certeza, ler o volume 2.

This book talks about a teenage girl named Penny who lives in England, she has panic attacks due to a car accident and she is very unsure of herself. As she wanted to be herself, she creates an anonymous blog called Girl Online in which she writes about what concerns her and how she feels about what surrounds her.
From here I think this character is easy for many readers to identify because it counts the problems she has in school and what she has to pass during her teenage years, which are the same in many teens.
The story discusses current and important issues of society such as sexuality, mental health, cyber bullying, and low self-esteem of adolescents.
I think this book, even if it was not written by a professional, it had the impact intended. It has romance, adventure, alert of the danger about the Internet and it also refers to the changes in friendship over the time.
So spite of having parts that do not seem very realistic I really liked it and, of course, I'll read the volume 2.

Decorar ovos da Pascoa / Easter eggs ideas

Com a chegada da Páscoa tenho-me lembrado o quanto gostava de decorar ovos quando era mais nova. Pintava-os com as minhas irmãs com todas as cores que podia.
E este ano tenho visto imensas ideias de decorar ovos no Pinterest e no Instagram portanto decidi tentar algumas para recordar os bons velhos tempos.
Aqui estão as ideias que mais gostei:

With the arrival of Easter I have reminded me how much I liked to decorate eggs when I was younger. I used to paint them with my sisters with all the colors we could.
And this year I have seen a lot of ideas to decorate eggs on Pinterest and Instagram so I decided to try a few to remember the good old days.
Here are the ideas I most enjoyed:


  • Colorir os ovos de forma natural - Aqui podes usar os alimentos mais coloridos que encontrares pois assim os ovos ficaram com uma cor mais forte. O que se tem de fazer é ferver uma panela com água e juntar um ingrediente de cor intensa (ex: cebola roxa, mirtilos, beterrabas,...). Deixar arrefecer e mergulhar o ovo na mistura até tingir o suficiente, quanto mais tempo ficar mais tingido fica. E pronto vão ter uns ovos diferentes e maravilhos para a Páscoa.

  • Naturally dye easter eggs - You can use the most colorful foods that you find for the eggs were left with a stronger color. What you have to do is to boil a pan with water and add an intensely colored ingredient (ex: red onions, blueberries, beets, ...). Leave to cool and soak the egg into the mixture until it dyes enough, the longer it stays the more it dyes. And that's it, you will have some different eggs and beautiful to the Easter.






















  • Escrever uma frase ou desenha com caneta - Nesta ideia só precisas de usar a tua imaginação! Procura uma caneta com uma cor que se destaque no ovo, como o dourado, branco ou preto, e põem-te ao trabalho. Tanto podes escrever "happy easter" como podes fazer um desenho elaborado ou ainda desenhar apenas pintas e riscas. Vai ficar muito original e como é feito por ti torna-se ainda mais especial, penso que os familiares vão adorar de certeza.

  • Write a sentence or draw with a pen - In this idea you just need to use your imagination! Search for a pen with a highlight color that stands out in the egg, like golden, white or black, and start to work in your masterpiece. You can write "happy Easter" or you can make an elaborate design or you can only draw dots and stripes. It's going to be very unique and as is done for you is even more special, I think your family will love it for sure.


















  • Decorar com flores - Este foi o meu preferido de todos e é também o mais simples. Os materiais que vão ser necessários são flores de tamanho pequeno, ou apenas pétalas, e cola branca. Depois só se tem de colar as pétalas no ovo da maneira que mais gostar e fica super primaveril.

  • Decorate with flowers - This one was my favorite of all and also the simplest. The materials that you will be required are flowers of small size, or just petals, and white glue. Then you just have to glue the petals in the egg the way you like the most and it stays super springly.

The clock never stops - Daniel Wellington

O relógio, hoje em dia, mais do que um objeto que nos mostra as horas é também um acessório de destaque.
Tinha andado a ver os relógios Daniel Wellington, que são clássicos como eu mais gosto, e não podia estar mais apaixonada por eles, cada um mais bonito que o outro.
Depois de tanto os cobiçar chegou a minha vez de ter um, e como podem imaginar fiquei felicíssima e fui logo escolher o modelo que mais gostava.
Se forem ao site deles vão ver que há imensos modelos, entre os clássicos e os da nova colecção que têm braceletes coloridas para as estações mais quentes.

The clock nowadays, more than one object that shows us the time it is also an important accessory.
I had been watching the Daniel Wellington watches that are classic as I like, and I could not be more in love with them, each one more beautiful than the other.
After I covet them it was my turn to have one, and as you can imagine I was extremely happy and I went to choose the model that I liked more.
If you go to their website you will see that there are plenty of models, from the classic and the new collection that have colorful bracelets for the warmer seasons.
























Eu escolhi o Classic St. Mawes, que é um relógio simples mas sofisticado de tamanho médio que se ajusta perfeitamente ao pulso. A sua bracelete em couro num tom castanho-claro e o dourado do mostrador deixaram-me rendida.
Para além de ser lindíssimo assim a bracelete é alterável, isto é, no verão podem comprar uma bracelete mais colorida como na imagem em baixo, para dar mais cor ao pulso.
E vocês, estão de olho em algum relógio?

I chose the Classic St. Mawes, which is a simple and sophisticated medium sized clock that perfectly fits the wrist. Its leather strap in a light brown tone and the Golden dial left me rendered.
Apart from being beautiful so the strap is changeable, that is, in the summer you can buy a more colorful bracelet as pictured below, to give more color to the wrist.
